ReplyDeleteThink you had the model out in the sun too long, by the end of the shoot when you come back in, poor thing looked sunburnt!! :O(
ReplyDeleteSome people say point the light meter at the camera and others say point it towards the flash, so which one is correct...
ReplyDeleteVery understandable and what I have been looking to learn. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteouch!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteI heard that the camera adds 10 lbs and this guy looks like he ate 10 cameras.
ReplyDeleteVery informative. Thanks

ReplyDeleteVery dated.... yet 2009?
ReplyDeletesend us a link to your video?
ReplyDeletenothing is in focus but the names of your equipement..
ReplyDeleteGood video, I hope this isn't an ignorant question, but for your white balance in camera are you using daylight or flash?
ReplyDeleteThis seems more like an infomercial than anything...
ReplyDeleteA handheld light meter is more accurate than your camera's built-in meter. With a handheld meter you will also be able to establish what your camera settings need to be within a few seconds. No messing about. Just get down to the business of taking pictures. :D
ReplyDeleteVery good video, very clear, I have one question however:
ReplyDeleteWhy use a handheld light meter???
Can you not use the DSLR light meter and hit exposure lock?
Is this not quicker than using the light meter to meter the background then setting the shutter speed/aperature of the DSLR in manual mode???
Thanks for posting...
