The Sims 3 - House 24 - Top Down - Part 12 - outdoor lighting

The Sims 3 - House 24 - Top Down - Part 12

The link to download this house is over here: www.thesims3.com First off, I would like to apologize for the large gap between part 11 and this one, was busy and lazy, a deadly combination!!! I felt the 1st floor balcony didn't really need much so I left it with minimal decor... Ahhh... the third floor, the floor with the largest pictures in the magazine. The black tile wall thing is some sort of feature wallish type, so is the wooden 'L' shaped thing, in the real life house the tile and wood thing is one large bar/storage/ shelfing thing which isn't possible to make. Oh. My. God. The 5 dining room combination dining table could very well be my most favouritest object in the game!!! Until about a few minutes later but you'll have to wait for that! But yes, the dining table is so spectacularly awesome, I myself was in awe. Now, the wall at around 3:30 is my first (and probably only) custom mod in my game, it is Flabaliki's Half Wall. Link to it is here: www.modthesims.info Until there is an official half wall I will be using this one. An issue arose during the lighting part and it appears there's a difference between "indoor" and "outdoor" lights, seeing as the third floor is technically outside because one side of the house isn't actually closed off, the lighting isn't the same as what it would be if it were closed, so I closed the wall off but it still looks the same more or less, I'm in it for the lighting, baby!!! Random little sitting area in the limbo area between ...

  15. OMG, the dining table is... well, i just cant find anything!,
Practically begging you to use it more often xD
The FirePlace could be better, usually at a fireplace it is the main attraction, not a TV, getting me?
I have a friends place (he has a party house...) where the fireplace has about 5 seats around it in a U, more like a seating area?... getting it?

You should make a DVD Collection of everything!, Be AWSOMENESS!
You might get quite a few buys!

    Keep on it,

  18. I totally agree with you, that dinning table is spectacular. At one point I thought you were going to do a square with them an a open center. Atleast that's what I pictured in my mind, lol. Now on to that jaw dropping fireplace, let me just say "BRILLIANT!" It's gorgous, I hope to see it in future houses you do. ( I also use the half wall, it's so convenient)
